Structural Components

Structural components are the basic building blocks of metal structures. Riders’ Metal provides a variety of structural components.

We offer all of these structural components in a variety of sizes and lengths. 

These structural steel and red iron components are designed to withstand high loads and stresses and are used in a wide variety of applications for commercial and agricultural buildings. Metal structural components offer several advantages over other types of structural components such as wood. Compared to other options, metal structural components are stronger, lighter, and more durable.

I Beam

I beams are structural components that are used to support loads in buildings and other structures. I beams are efficient at carrying loads because their shape distributes the load evenly across the entire beam making them ideal for use in places where high loads and large spans are required.

Purlins

Purlins are installed horizontally across rafters or trusses to carry the weight of a roof deck and any loads applied to the roof such as snow, wind, and rain. Purlins come in a variety of shapes and sizes. We offer C and Z purlins in 14 gauge.

Square Tubing

Rectangular Tubing
